Welcome to SHRM Northern Utah

Welcome to the SHRM Northern Utah (formerly the Northern Utah Human Resource Association) website! We serve as a resource to Utah employers and HR professionals operating in the Weber, Davis, and Morgan county area. SHRM Northern Utah partners with the local community, businesses, and the Weber State University Student SHRM Chapter to host professional development meetings, conferences, networking events, a golf tournament to raise HR student scholarship money, and more!

As a professional, non-profit, affiliate chapter of SHRM, we help create better workplaces where employers and employees thrive together.

Whether you are new to the HR field or have years of experience, we are a fantastic association of people seeking progressive development, professional networking, community outreach opportunities, real-world information, and continued support of excellence in all things HR!
