Michael Sayre will present "Wealth Management for Your Employees."
Summary of Topic
In a competitive labor market, your retirement plan can be more than a benefit—it can be a strategic advantage. This session reveals how intentional 401(k) plan design directly supports talent acquisition, retention, and organizational performance. Drawing on national benchmarking data, generational insights, and current research—including findings from SHRM and T. Rowe Price—attendees will learn how to align plan features with company culture and workforce demographics.
You’ll discover how to make your plan more attractive to candidates, more engaging for current employees, and more cost-effective for your organization. Whether you’re reviewing plan design, preparing for SECURE 2.0 changes, or refreshing your total rewards strategy, this session provides actionable tools to turn your 401(k) into a true driver of organizational success.
