    About our Speaker:

    It is with great pleasure that we announce the return of the Jesse Oakeson and Mark Tolman duo to discuss a combination of the following:

    • Federal contractor minimum wage increase
    • Possible ban on non-competes (waiting on the FTC to engage in rule making)
    • 2021 legislative update (and perhaps add a section on what to expect in 2022?)
    • EEOC enforcement data (although this was published in February 2021 and likely included in our last NUHRA update, so maybe we skip this section?)
    • Vaccine Mandates (OSHA focus depends on what the Supreme Court Does)
    • COVID Testing -  who pays for it (cost of test, time spent waiting for test)
    • CDC’s updated isolation/quarantine guidelines 
    • EEOC Guidance on COVID as an ADA disability 
    • EEOC Technical Assistance on handling vaccine accommodations
    • 1-2 Case Highlights
