We will hear from Brenda Yamagata from Yamagata and Associates on Developing a Mentorship Program.

Brenda Yamagata has more than thirty years experience in human resources and general management in public, private, non-profit and government organizations. Prior to starting her own human resource consulting company, Brenda was the Director of Human Resources at Snowbird Corporation in Utah. She held executive staff responsibility for the human resources and personnel functions for 73 cost centers and 1900 employees. A graduate of the University of Utah with a degree in behavioral communications and organizational development, Yamagata also holds extensive advanced education in numerous aspects of human resource management; compliance; training; general business management and business and leadership concepts.
